Restaurant St Kilda Uccle

Let me be straight with you, this is the kind of restaurant that goes straight onto my favorites list. And yet, it checks every box of today's trendy dining clichés, which usually drives me up the wall.

But here, everything just feels so right… a matter of conviction? Probably.

Open kitchen, tables dressed to the bare minimum, plates to share, natural wines, bearded server and bearded chef, the essential pork-and-mussels combo, name-dropping artisan bread-and-cheese talk, little kimchi… the whole nine yards. And yet, like I said, it's bespoke, handmade, it all comes together naturally and beautifully.

You grab a little of everything and you absolutely love it: it's beautifully executed, seriously delicious, thoughtfully recommended and served with genuine warmth. The neighborhood is quiet, the decor is nice, the crowd super relaxed, the vibe friendly and welcoming… you leave with a smile on your face and this persistent urge to come back.
