We'd been there back in 2017, during the "108" days and its first star, we'd stopped by the takeaway two years ago… this time, we actually sat down for an amazing tasting menu, which is pretty unlikely at a burger joint, except when you know it's René Redzepi and the Noma team behind the concept. A "Danish bibimbap" that didn't have much to do with an actual bibimbap, a rather disorienting Summer kimchi as well, an equally unconventional gazpacho… tons of little delicate and refined things, unexpected from reading the menu but absolutely delicious, which precede the main event: the burger.

Tender brioche bun grilled to absolute perfection, flavorful meat cooked impeccably, a decadent sauce… the perfect burger. We wash it down with a nice little natural wine list perfectly matched to this little guilty pleasure.

We finish by admiring the decor of the place, not too conventional and signed by @spaconandx… a cascade of plants perched on a walkway overlooking the dining room, wood, concrete, and exposed techniques, lovely Gamar chairs from @e15furniture (those 😉)… Beautiful spot, beautiful plates, beautiful wine selection and magnificent burger.

We'll definitely be back, no doubt about it!
