I wanted to write: "This place is perfect" and stop right there. But I still need to explain to you... because some will say it's not 'strictly speaking' a restaurant - and they'd be a bit right - but in my eyes, it's way better than that. Right, here goes. A small dozen proposals between 6 and 12 euros, tapas-style, to share or not, everyone plays how they want. Apart from the first 3 items that seem unmovable, the menu changes every week... no way to get bored. You can order as your cravings and hunger strike, nothing is set in stone here... a sense of freedom that actually defines the moment really well. Everything is (very very) good, indulgent, creative, seasonal and there's something for every palate... what more could you want? The shelves on the left wall serve as the wine list. Here too, nothing is static and the regular, varied arrivals give it the feel of a kaleidoscope for big kids... and in these lovely bottles, nothing but grapes, no garbage, that goes without saying. In short, I loved spending time here, especially since the team is a mirror of all of the above: free-thinking and totally comfortable in their own skin. Top. Really top.
