Most guides from the old and new world agree on this fact: it's the best table in Samoëns, so I'm probably not really telling you anything new. The menu, creative, small and frequently renewed, gives pride of place to local products while enriched by numerous travel memories from Hugues (in the kitchen) and Angelique (in the dining room). The wine cellar is surprisingly rich for such a small establishment… full of brilliant mountain wines but not only that. Here too, meetings and friendships nourish the selections. And what can I say about the team in place that is just perfect… a "dream team" like you rarely come across. Attentive to details, thoughtful, creative and sometimes quirky… professional, but with a light touch.
It's a place you can only appreciate. The only problem being that the local food lovers are many who share my opinion: make sure to book your table well before your arrival… at the risk of not being able to taste it.
