Restaurant

Discovered thanks to the excellent YouTube channel "C'est Meilleur Quand c'est Bon", this place is a little gem where you absolutely must stop if you're passing through Reims. Jérôme, the owner, is running this lovely ship solo: in the kitchen and out front, he flits from table to table with attentiveness and kindness, somehow finding the time to spend a few moments with each guest… enough to make you feel like a regular from your very first visit.

The lunch formula on offer is simple but absolutely mastered: 2 appetizers, 2 mains, 2 desserts. The whole lot for barely more than €25.00… everything seasonal and homemade.

That afternoon, a terrine of compote followed closely by a hearty beef stew that's pure comfort, and an airy, silky flan that you'll only share out of pure greed… And to wash it all down nicely, some bubbles of course – we're in Reims after all!

Small producers in the spotlight… goes without saying. Some customers even leave with a few of those lovely plates or serving dishes: flea market hunting is our host's other passion and his selection is clearly refined.

Absolutely no hesitation – you have to go.
