Restaurant

After Pasta Madre, the Hotel de la Grande Cloche - which is also said to be Brussels' oldest hotel - entrusted its restaurant to Florent Ladeyn and chef Jordan who opened Klok there. In line with Ladeyn's other venues, Flemish products take center stage (and are really showcased) and prices are pleasantly well-controlled.

No need to break the bank to eat there. The pizza oven that had delighted Neapolitan pizza fans is still in service, and that's obviously a great idea.

The dishes steer clear of clichés and weave between revisited classics and original creations. To fill your glasses, you'll be torn between an amazing selection of beers (Cantillon and others) and/or a nice selection of rather natural wines.

A cool spot that clearly has a knack for bringing together interesting people and offering nice, honest, and different concepts.
